Firstly though, let’s take a quick peek at the past and the pandemic nature of a ‘victim’ mentality.
From the moment humans first walked the Earth the reality conversation concluded unanimously, that we were the unfortunate recipients of a reality that leaves us vulnerable and insecure. In a world of separation where subject and object were in opposition, the victim mentality thrived through the survival of the fittest.
Classical science then declared the mechanism of our reality based on separate parts and with that, the victim mentality was justified. In many respects though … the conclusion that science had come to, only confirmed what people had already been thinking. Since scientists were people too, I can’t help wondering if the research results being noticed, were drawn to them because it suited their argumant — based on what they were already believing at a subconscious level . . . it can happen.
The vulnerability, the insecurity and the subsequent need to defend ourselves were founded on the assumption that everything we were, existed within the physicality of our human body. At that level, everything we were not, was everything else existing outside of our human body and as such, beyond our control, including the presence and perceived threat of every other human being.
These separation theories were the content of our first thoughts. Their proof was held within the idea that seeing is believing, and it was difficult to argue with the way things looked. I find it amazing however, that we never thought to go further and have Second thoughts. Well, we probably did, but there wasn’t a lot of money to be made in entertaining a reality where everything already felt good. (slightly cynical)
But within the reality of separation there was an anomaly. If we weren’t so attached to being on the side of the righteous, and if we didn’t focus on what threatened us and instead, focused on being safe and secure … our reality would quite magically transform to match our state of mind. So this little anomalous gem was clear proof that in some way our human mind had a deeper connection with the circumstances of our physical reality, and well worth a second thought …
On that basis, and now that we are willing to question the construct of our victim reality for good reason, we can be open to being the creators of our reality … and if we had the choice, why would we choose the life of a victim anyway? Being the creator of our reality would surely confirm that we would create happiness and fulfilment … all for the cost of a positive mindset.
Where victim mentality is based on a reality where we exist separately from everything else, a creator mentality is based on our oneness and connection with all things. In an interconnected reality, everything we experience as the content of our human life, is the “who and what” we actually are. In this connected and mindful view, everything that was once external to us and by definition disconnected, is now a mirror of our self. In creator consciousness, objectivity is an illusion that can be sculpted as we wish.
So at the concluding chapter of my book — “In the Key of Peace,”I refer to the mindful and transcendent nature of creator consciousness. What is written here is an extension and refining of that chapter aimed at maintaining the ‘creator’ view. Peace, Inner peace is at the essence of this profound perspective. The practice of meditation assists in its integration.
After many thousands of years in separation and victimism, there will always be challenges along the creator pathway. Remember that who you are is infinite and everything contained within that infinity, is within you and is your creation. Even the people that appear in your life, belong to you and are part of your creation. Of course to them, you are of their belonging and part of their creation. A good way to visualise how it all fits together is to see that we are each a unique universe, coming together as overlapping universes, perfectly tuned to each other in creating our human life, and our humanity together.
This is a universal fundamental. That is why that when we change our mindset, out reality changes in accordance. This is the proof that each of us belongs to the universe in which we exist … and the universe in which we exist, belongs to us. I am reminded of the golden rule, “Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you”. Treat people with the love and respect as you would want to be treated by them. Because even they are part of who you are, and you are part of who they are …
Next week
I would like to introduce another effect of Creator consciousness in our interactions with man-made machines and devices, including AI!
A happy Matariki to all in New Zealand, Zealandia
The symbol of Matariki is the Pleiades star cluster which appears in the northern sky in winter. This cluster is very young, forming only about 100 million years ago. Cultures worldwide celebrate the Pleiades star cluster (known as the Seven Sisters), with traditions relating to the agricultural calendar, ancestral storytelling, and honouring those who have passed. Because of their prominence, these stars serve as vital markers for both timekeeping and spiritual reflection across planet Earth.
Cultures who celebrate under the Pleiades cluster include; Maori of New Zealand, Kanaka Maoli of Hawaii, Aboriginal Australians, Aztec in Mexico and central America, Cherokee and Lakota in North America. In Europe, Ancient Greece, Ancient Persia, Celtic cultures and Norse Vikings as well as in Asia, the Japanese and the Indians.
Thank you for reading and for sharing
May your peace be within, and the light of the Pleiades
enrich your life path.
